JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Responsible for full spectrum of HRM and HRD functions including manpower planning, talent management, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits and performance management.
• Work closely with various departments to provide HR support
• To support payroll function from data compiling, monthly payroll processing/approval, monthly statutory payments to yearly income tax reporting.
• Staff Leave and Attendance Management
• Handle staffing issues by providing guidance and counselling.
• To liaise with Senior for formulating and ensuring consistent HR policies and practices in line to business needs and in accordance with local labour legislations
• Identify and analyze training needs of staff, develop effective training plan to ensure all staff received sufficient training to perform their job functions
• Responsible for day-to-day administration duties for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
• Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
• To develop and implement HR strategy and action plan to improve operation productivity and support organizational growth
• Handle employee attendance and leave management
• To manage foreign worker’s hostel and permit renewals
• To organize festive events, functions, and corporate events.
• To undertake any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
