Customer Support Executive

Requirements

1. 6 month prior experience required – would prefer to have that in support roles, although this is not a strict requirement.

2. Good written English

3. Good typing speed with high accuracy, 45+, with 90% accuracy at least

4. It is Backend chat process

5.Candidate should have his own laptop

6 Min 12th pass

Process

1. 2 rounds of interview – 1 skill round, 1 fitment round

2. Looking for folks who would stick around for longer, frequent jumps will be a red flag.

3. Looking for folks who stay close to HSR and have a vehicle (preferably)

4. It is a 6 days a week role.

5. Would prefer immediate joiners. 

Salary: 15 -18k
