Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive product sales through industrial, distribution, and corporate channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on field sales experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard B2B clients, including industrial buyers, wholesalers, resellers, and corporate customers.
  • Present product features, specifications, and key benefits to potential clients.
  • Manage lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of distributors and dealers.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors to enhance sales strategies.
  • Follow up on leads, track orders, ensure timely payments, and provide after-sales support.
  • Maintain daily activity reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Prior experience in selling electronic/electrical products, consumer goods, or tech-based utility products is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets independently.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone for field operations.
