About Us:

Rapsys Technology is seeking an experienced and skilled HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization’s growth and success.

Location: Borivali (Charkop)

Salary: Decent Hike on current salary.

Qualification: 12th

Shift: 9 Am to 6 Pm. Saturday & Sunday Off

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.).
3. Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate fit.
4. Manage the interview process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews.

Candidate Management:

1. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
2. Communicate job expectations, company culture, and benefits.
3. Ensure timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
