Job Description:-
● Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers – Society Painting.
● Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
● Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members for achieving departmental goals.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
● Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
● Identify opportunities for business growth and network expansion within the commercial painting industry.
● Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s market presence.
● Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
● Implement efficient and effective painting service delivery processes.
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall departmental performance.
● Demonstrate a deep understanding of the commercial painting industry.
● Leverage project sales experience to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
● Oversee the entire project sales life cycle from lead generation to project completion.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
● Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
● Minimum 6+ years in the Project sales division of a paint company
● Team Management/ Team leading experience of minimum 3 years
● Good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability
● Decision-making skills
● Good at making presentations
● Language Required: English, Hindi, and regional language is mandatory
● Should be flexible for any 9-hour shift between 8 am to night 11 pm & 6 days
● Working with 1 day rotational off
