Senior Executive – Learning Design (Instructional designer)

Whom are we looking for?

1. Must have 1-3 years of instructional designing experience for online learning
2. Knowledge of authoring tools like Articulate and animation tools
3. A Masters or Bachelors in Education or English Language from leading institutions in
   India or certification in Instructional Design
4. Working knowledge of ADDIE and BLOOM’S
5. Exposure to both educational and corporate projects is a plus
6. Should have strong spoken and written English language skills with high proficiency in
   grammar and phrasing

Required skills
Instructional design and storyboarding

1. Excellent content analysis, strategising and storyboarding skills
2. Strong need and gap analysis skills
3. Scripting content and assessments that match the product value proposition
