Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in mobile banking solution development to play a key role in the design, implementation, and enhancement of our mobile banking platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mobile technologies, banking systems, and business processes, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of mobile banking solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for mobile banking solutions.
· Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and design objectives.
· Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather and prioritize requirements, facilitating consensus and alignment among stakeholders.
· Analyze existing systems, processes, and data structures to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and innovation in mobile banking solution development.
· Work closely with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that visualize the user interface and user experience of mobile banking applications.
· Define test cases, validation scenarios, and acceptance criteria to ensure the quality and reliability of mobile banking solutions, collaborating with QA engineers throughout the testing process.
· Provide ongoing support and guidance to development teams during the implementation phase, clarifying requirements, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of mobile banking solutions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· Proven experience as a Business Analyst in mobile banking solution development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Experience working in Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
· Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
